FirstBucks is an online platform that connects companies with high school and university students. We focus exclusively on part-time jobs, internships and trainee programs that help students gain experience and companies discover new talent.
Profiles instead of CVs
Instead of traditional CVs, you will see student profiles with projects, photos, and skills. Additionally, each student can share posts and build their portfolio, giving you a better understanding of who suits your needs.
Company presentation
You create your own company profile with a logo, description, and photos. You can add posts, showcase your projects and work environment to students, and directly post part-time jobs or internships.
Cooperation with schools
FirstBucks is also used by high schools in Pilsen, where the platform serves as a tool for creating student portfolios. Students build their own profiles, adding their achievements, projects, certificates, or schoolwork. Teachers guide them and help them improve the way they present themselves.
Access to the student database
You don't have to wait for responses from students. You can browse student profiles on the platform at any time and select the ones that interest you. After unlocking a profile, you will get their contact information and can connect with the student.
Payment model
FirstBucks uses a credit-based system that gives you full control over your budget. You can upload any amount of credit to your account and use it as you go. There are no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. You only pay when there is real activity, either when you unlock a student profile or when your job post receives visits from candidates.
Free of charge sign up
Creating a company profile lets you showcase who you are and what you do. Through your posts, you can show what your company does and what the working environment is like.
CZK 150 per profile
Unlocking a profile gives you full access to all available information about the student, including their contact details.
CZK 7 per PPC
When you publish a job post, you are charged only for unique visits from registered users. Each user is counted at most once per day.
30 days free
To let you experience how the system works in practice, our PPC model is free for the first 30 days after registration, without the need to enter a payment card. Unlocking profiles is not included and remains a paid feature.

You register and create a company profile.
You can introduce your company, add a logo, photos, posts, and show students who you are. At the same time, you can view the profiles of students who are registered on FirstBucks.

You will post an offer for a part-time job, internship, or practice.
Students can view your job offer and respond to it directly via the platform.

You contact students who interested you
You see who responded to your offers, or you can choose a student on the platform. After unlocking the profile, you will get their contact information and can get in touch with them.
